Amor E Vida Project - Brazil

The Love & Life project deals with the urgent medical needs of the poor Brazil's slums. Dentists and doctors provide care for people who cannot afford to go to regular health centres. Through this people who might not survive in life have a chance to thrive.

Maria Aparecida arrived with her three children (two, three and four years old). Her husband was in prison and this 32-year old mother had not fed her kids for two days and was considering suicide. Through Amor E Vida she received hope and a chance to receive some food and ways to provide for her family.
